The club is involved in a wide range of projects both to raise funds and to provide service to the community. Baldivis Leo Club
The Baldivis Lions Club is especially pleased to report the creation of a Leo Club for young people aged 12-18. The Leo club officially chartered on 22 June 2019 with 9 members. Leo clubs are able to make their own decisions about projects run and where they direct funds raised, under the guidance of the Lions club. Baldivis Lions Community Market
The Baldivis Lions Community Market is a Baldivis Lions Club initiative. The market hosts over 100 stalls and car boot sales on the first Saturday of every month (with the exception of November). The Community market is located at the original Baldivis Primary School site at the corner of Baldivis Road and Fifty Road, Baldivis and is open from 8am to 12 noon (October to April) and 9am to 1pm (May to September). There is no market in November.
For those interested in hosting a stall, please contact us for more information. Anyone wishing to host a car boot sale, the market operates on a first come, first serve basis with the gates opening at 6am. For more information check out our Facebook page. Baldivis Lions Twilight Market
The Baldivis Twilight Markets are a joint initiative of the Baldivis Lions Club and MIRVACs's One71Baldivis development, providing the community an opportunity to experience cuisine from around the world in a relaxing environment and to browse a selection of home-made crafts. The markets are held from 4pm to 8pm on the third Sunday evening of every month from September to April. Lions Recycle 4 Sight Australia
The Recycle 4 Sight Australia program is part of an international effort collecting spectacles and sunglasses to regrade and distribute through out the world to people in need at no expense or obligation to the recipient. The Baldivis Lions are excited to be part of this program with collection points at SpecSavers Baldivis, OPSM Baldivis, and Baldivis Lions Community Market. Please donate glasses that you no longer use to give those in need the gift of improved sight.

Lions Christmas Cakes
The Lions Christmas Cake and Pudding program has been a major fund raising project of Lions Australia since 1965 and raised an estimated profit in excess of $50m. The profits from this project are donated back into the community in many ways but just to name a few. Sight first, Medical Research, Children’s Mobility Foundation, Eye Health Program, Hearing Dogs, Disaster Relief, Aged Care, Drug Awareness, Youth Programs.
If you are interested in buying a Lions Christmas Cake, mini cakes or pudding, please see our stall at the Baldivis Lions Community Market or the Baldivis Lions Twilight Market or contact us via email. You may rest assured that should you purchase a product from this program the profit generated will be put to good use in the community.
